Niigata Prefecture, Shibata

Tonight, Chiho and I ventured over to the annual Awa Odori Dance Festival in our neighborhood,  Shimo-Kitazawa.  The festival offers up Japanese traditional music and dance. A great time, indeed. More photos below.
